About Us
Empowering Teams to Succeed
Solutions Arts was founded on the idea that the right team of motivated independent training professionals, supported by the right environment, could deliver better solutions faster. Coupled with the appropriate resources to foster rapid development, not only could the internal team deliver phenomenal results, but clients would also benefit from the high energy collaborative process.
Clients can be confident of the quality of projects based on the education, experience, and credibility of our consultants. A combination of specialists and overlapping skills sets ensure particular knowledge when needed, plus redundant resources so no project has to stall due to one resource being unavailable.
It’s a new model and our clients have already seen some amazing successes — and that in turn has fueled the team’s passion for excellence. The culture of shared responsibility and true team camaraderie works, for both the client and our consultants.
Our clients find it much easier to partner with a talented, healthy, happy, engaged team who honestly enjoy their work. Their zeal for their craft comes through in every part of the client commitment process.
We pride ourselves on creating relationships based on trust and open, candid communications. We can be our client’s “secret weapon” when it comes to fighting business challenges.

Gretchen Kriesen, Business & Design ConsultantThere are creatives. And there are project managers.
And then there is Gretchen. Gretchen is a unique blend: almost equally right- and left-brain. She spent the first 15 years of her career working on creative teams, first focused on editing and layout and later on team and project management with a specialty in resource allocation and vendor management. This experience means that she can both manage and be a primary contributor—often the key to nimble, responsible teamwork.
She adores working with creatives—understands their processes, talks their talk. She knows how to push creatives to get their amazing work done accurately and on time. Gretchen even knows when not to push, when to offer snacks and support and back away.
The results are first rate creative solutions delivered on time from happy, healthy teams.
In addition to her work in operations, project management, and information design, Gretchen has been teaching at SUNY Polytechnic Institute since 2013. Her courses include the Senior Practicum for Communication and Information Design majors, Presentational Speaking, and Technical Communication and Report Writing.
Gretchen holds a Master of Science in Professional Studies from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Information Design and Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, and a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
She failed basic dog training.
